One of the best-loved British psychedelic albums of all time, The Open Mind is a hard-rocking collection that sold in minute numbers on its original release in 1969.The band was formed in the mid 1960s by four musicians from Putney, South London. Initially named The Drag Set, they released a little-known single in February 1967, "Day and Night"/"Get Out of My Way". Shortly thereafter, they changed their name to The Open Mind and in July 1969 released a self-titled LP which has since become a highly sought-after collectible. The band, however, is best known for its druggy August 1969 single, "Magic Potion", which did not appear on the album.

Awesome, thanks a lot! Couldn't find this in mp3 form anywhere.
a hidden treasure that now is a classic!! thanks a lot, you got a big blog, i just find it
Believe it or not I picked up the original lp in near mint condition in the late 70's. I found it amongst a very small pile of lp's in china store in Amsterdam. It cost about 2 euro. Soon after I sold it to an English collectors store for 70 pounds ... needed the cash. Glad to say I don't regret selling it because of the re-release on cd and later lp.
Somehow finds like this just don't turn up anymore.
Very good that band.congratulations by the postagem. Has more disks of Open Mind!! I recomendo to everybody that has good I like by the song.
Thanks!
I get "Unexectedly end of archive" everytime I try to extract it. I have tried to save it at several different locations. Could you (or anyone else) upload it to another filehost, mediafire, perhaps?
Thanks in advance.
